Privacy Policy for Puzzle Drift: Slide Puzzles
This Privacy Policy describes how Smartcore Labs ("we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use the Puzzle Drift: Slide Puzzles mobile application (the "App").
Puzzle Drift: Slide Puzzles is a server-free and account-free application. We do not require or allow you to create an account, and we do not store your game data on any cloud server.
Based on the current build, we also do not operate first-party analytics or first-party crash-reporting services for gameplay data.
1. Information We Handle
1.1 Data Stored Locally on Your Device
Most gameplay and preference data is stored locally on your device using local app storage. This may include:
- player name and player identifier
- unlocked levels and level records
- scores, move counts, and completion times
- in-game balances such as coins, hints, and lives
- Daily Lab progress and Daily Lab hint state
- daily login and streak state
- settings and preferences, including audio, haptics, and display preferences
- local-only personalization or skill/profile data used for gameplay tuning
1.2 User Photos
The App allows you to optionally select photos from your device gallery to use as custom puzzle images.
- These photos are processed on your device for gameplay.
- We do not upload those photos to our own servers.
- The App only requests gallery or photo access when you choose to use that feature.

If you contact us for support or feedback, we may receive your email address and any information you include in your message.

2. How We Use Information
- provide core gameplay functionality
- save progress, settings, and personal best records on your device
- manage in-game items such as coins, hints, and lives
- operate Daily Lab and other progression systems
- process and restore eligible in-app purchases through the relevant app store
- show ads, including rewarded ads, banner ads, and interstitial ads
- provide ad privacy choices where required
- respond to support or feedback requests
3. Third-Party Services
3.1 Advertising
The App uses Google Mobile Ads / AdMob for advertising features, which may include banner ads, interstitial ads, and rewarded ads.
AdMob and its partners may process device- or ad-related information, such as advertising identifiers, diagnostics, or other information needed to deliver and measure ads, in accordance with their own policies.
Where required, the App may show an ad consent flow and an in-app privacy options entry point.
3.2 In-App Purchases
The App offers optional in-app purchases, including purchases related to ad removal and virtual gameplay items.
Payments are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not collect or store your payment card details ourselves.
4. Local Records, Leaderboards, and Online Features
Puzzle Drift: Slide Puzzles currently stores personal bests and related gameplay records locally on your device.
- The current build does not use a custom cloud save system.
- Online leaderboards are not enabled in the current build.
- If future versions add online features, this Privacy Policy may be updated accordingly.
5. Data Retention and Deletion
- Local gameplay data generally remains on your device until you remove the App or clear app data.
- Uninstalling the App will generally delete locally stored progress and settings from that device, subject to platform behavior.
- Data processed by third parties such as AdMob, Apple, or Google Play is governed by their own retention practices and policies.
- If you contact us directly, we may retain the information in your support correspondence as reasonably necessary to respond, follow up, or maintain support records.

6. Children's Privacy
Puzzle Drift: Slide Puzzles is not specifically directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children through our own backend systems.
Because the App contains advertising and in-app purchases, you should ensure your store age rating, audience settings, and ad configuration remain consistent with your intended audience.
If you believe a child has provided personal information to us directly through support channels, contact us and we will review the request.
7. Security and Storage Approach
We aim to minimize the amount of information handled by our own systems. In the current build:
- most gameplay data is stored locally on-device
- optional photo puzzles are handled on-device
- we do not provide first-party cloud save for gameplay progress
However, no method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and third-party services may process information under their own security practices.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version and revise the effective date above.
